The Clinical Pharmacy Congress, Nominated for Best Trade Launch Show 2012 by the Association of Event Organisers

Organisers CloserStill Media are earning a reputation amongst the healthcare profession for excellence and have four nominations for the Association of Event Organisers (AEO) 2012 Excellence Awards, which includes The Clinical Pharmacy Congress; nominated for the Best Trade Launch Show 2012. 

A 25% increase on 2011 in the number of submissions received by AEO across 19 award categories, shows that The Congress stood out and has been held in high regard by peers within the event industry, which is a fantastic accolade.

The 2012 Clinical Pharmacy Congress was the UK’s largest gathering of clinical pharmacists ever seen. The two-day Congress delivered an impressive line-up of more than 50 speakers and lecturers in a conference programmed by the Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education (CPPE). Programmed across five streams, the education programme included 48 plenary and workshop sessions and overall delivered 6,034 hours of CPD hours to 1,272 delegates.

The Clinical Pharmacy Congress 2013 will take place on April 26th – 27th at the London ExCeL. Due to an unprecedented demand for floor space, the floor plan has been extended to create room for some extra high profile stands; however there will be a limit on the number of stands available at the 2013 Congress to ensure all exhibitors enjoy a successful and busy event.
