Synopsis:

Obafemi will share his 'climbing' experiences and highlight the influences that informed his career decisions. The presentation will give a personal perspective that attendees may use to inform their own individual vision of what such a journey should or could look like for them.
Biography:
Obafemi is the Director of Pharmacy at East Kent Hospitals University NHS FT, one of the largest hospital Trusts in England, with five hospitals serving a local population of around 720,000 people. He was previously Chief Pharmacist at Croydon Health Services, an integrated acute and community NHS Trust. Before that he was the Deputy Chief Pharmacist at Ealing Hospital NHS Trust where his main duties included the day to day running of the Pharmacy and Pathology Departments. From 2006-2008, Mr. Shokoya was the Principal Pharmacist for Surgery, Critical Care, Cardiology Clinical Pharmacy Services and the Western Eye Hospital at St Mary's Hospital, Paddington.
