I have been Clinical Director , Pharmacy & Medicines Optimisation at Wye Valley NHS Trust for nearly 20 years. Developing a fantastic team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy assistants from an initial workforce of 30 to a current workforce of over 120. I have worked in acute hospital pharmacy, community pharmacy and primary care commissioning prior to arriving at Wye Valley. As a small rural acute/community services Trust we have had many workforce challenges which has been my driving force to attract, develop and retain our fantastic staff.
