In this session we will explore how cultivating a growth mindset and encouraging resilience can help your pharmacy team. We will explore the concept of the growth mindset, study examples of it and discuss how it can be encouraged in the pharmacy workplace. We will also look at resilience, discuss why it is important and explore practices within the pharmacy that can encourage resilience.
