In the pharmacy profession a review has been undertaken to assess whether there is a differential attainment gap among pharmacy professionals from ethnic minority backgrounds. However there remains limited information whether a gap exists for pharmacy professionals with disabilities. Given the increasing diversity within our profession it is crucial that we comprehend the challenges faced by colleagues who identify as having a disability and provide the necessary support for them to flourish in their careers.
