This session will cover the progression pathway for non-pharmacist roles (starting in aseptics) considering how you go about ensuring that jobs are banded and matched according to NHS AFC. The session will cover the background of high vacancy rates and how we overcame this to a vacancy position of zero. Finally we will discuss how we have expanded to the whole department.
