What is leadership and why is it important? This session explores how leadership potential can be developed with a talent management focus followed by a panel discussion with some pharmacy leaders!
This interactive session is open to all pharmacy professionals no matter what stage of career they're at to help foster high quality, inclusive compassionate pharmacy leadership. We will do this through the lens of talent management, discussing the Chief Pharmaceutical Officers's Pharmacy leaders development programme (CPhO PLDP), delivered by CPPE, and CPHO fellowship, followed by a panel discussion.
By attending this session attendees will:
- Describe the aims and objectives of the Chief Pharmaceutical Officer's Pharmacy leaders development programme (CPhO PLDP)and CPHO fellowship.
- Plan their next steps to develop their leadership in Pharmacy.
- Summarise how to utilise the NHSE talent management resource to utilise it for personal development of self and their teams.
