In this presentation I outline the different opportunities I have been involved with as a pharmacist with a specialist interest in mental health working in a PCN Pharmacy team, and look at ideas for future involvement. These have included SMRs, deprescribing, supporting patients during a change of medication, safety searches and ensuring patients on high risk drugs are monitored safely.
