This session will focus on the four behaviours of compassionate leaders: Attending, Understanding, Empathising and Helping. Research shows that compassionate leadership has wide-ranging benefits for both staff and organisations. During this session we will explore the principles of compassionate leadership and share practical examples from different pharmacy settings and sectors.
