Addressing burnout and managing wellbeing: best practices for building a healthy and happy workplace

Burnout remains one of the top concerns in the pharmacy workplace. Many organisations want to know what practical steps they can take to improve wellbeing, strengthen retention, reduce sickness, and cultivate a happier, healthier workforce.

This session takes a practical look at the everyday pressures that contribute to burnout and explores approaches that make a real difference to wellbeing in pharmacy settings. We will examine the key drivers of burnout, identify opportunities for positive change, and highlight simple adjustments that can improve the working environment straight away. The session will also introduce longer term strategies for embedding wellbeing into organisational structures to create lasting change.

Speakers
Danielle Hunt, Chief Executive - Pharmacist Support
