• Diagnose menopause and perimenopause confidently using a structured, guideline-based approach (NICE NG23 and BMS aligned)
• Deliver a safe and effective menopause/HRT consultation, including initiation and review of treatment
• Apply real-time clinical reasoning to manage both routine and complex menopause cases
• Translate learning into practice by implementing menopause care within primary care and community settings
