Daiichi Sankyo UK session - Closing the Gap in Cholesterol Management: From Evidence to Implementation in Primary Care

In today’s rapidly evolving healthcare landscape, shaped by new models of care and the 10-Year Health Plan, pharmacists play a vital role in cardiovascular prevention and management, supporting patients with risk factors such as raised cholesterol. As key members of multidisciplinary teams, they bring expertise in operational delivery, medicines optimisation, adherence support, and lifestyle counselling.

This session brings together primary care colleagues to showcase how pharmacists, working within multidisciplinary teams, can embed lipid management and deliver sustainable population health through coordinated care.

This sponsored promotional session is organised and funded by Daiichi Sankyo UK and is for healthcare professionals in the UK only. Daiichi Sankyo products will be discussed at the meeting. Prescribing information and adverse event reporting information will be made available during the session. Daiichi Sankyo UK has had no further input into the content, arrangements, or logistics of the rest of the conference.
