Early career pharmacist pathway

This session will outline why Pharmacist Enhanced Practice Pathway (PEPP) is needed, what the 2026/27 pilot will test, and how the pathway aligns with the wider reform of initial education and training, stakeholder feedback, and the future vision for pharmacist practice. Delegates will have the opportunity to understand the offer, how employers and teams can engage, and how PEPP will shape national early career pharmacist development.

Speakers
