This session explores the significant changes currently taking place across many areas of pharmacy practice and considers how these shifts may affect workforce wellbeing and service delivery. Through practical examples and a short video, the session will introduce a range of approaches to help line managers support the wellbeing of their teams. Discussion will focus on how data, effective communication and active engagement can be used to build resilience and maintain wellbeing during periods of uncertainty and transition. In addition, the session will showcase the wide variety of services offered by Pharmacist Support, ensuring participants leave with a clear understanding of where to find further wellbeing and professional support for themselves and their colleagues. Attendees will gain practical ideas they can apply within their own teams and organisations. Time will be provided at the end for questions and further discussion.
