It will highlight some of the available training and courses that staff can undertake and how this ensures the safe and efficient running of an aseptic service. We will discuss the advantages of having an inclusive workforce, with a diverse background in education and experience, and what we can do to aid in attracting, retaining and progressing staff in aseptic services.
