Supported by pharmacy technicians sharing their experiences of delivering services and working under PGDs and a pharmacist who has been involved in enabling the process, this session will help pharmacy technicians to think about the benefits of integrating PGDs into their practice and the steps required to become confident and competent to expand their roles.
