It highlights how structured QI methodologies, digital competency tracking, and innovative funding models can be combined to deliver measurable service change across an ICB.
Attendees will gain insight into how pharmacy professionals can build clinical confidence, develop advanced competencies, and take a more proactive role in managing long-term conditions.
The session will also explore how individual capability can be translated into system-wide impact through coordinated workforce development, service redesign, and data-driven approaches enabling pharmacists to lead quality improvement initiatives, improve population health outcomes, and embed sustainable change in everyday practice.
