Shared learning and next steps for multisector foundation training programme development

An exploration and discussion from experienced training providers in Sussex focussing on the journey to implement the GPhC 2021 initial education and training standards within multisector foundation programmes in the area. The session will highlight innovative approaches and further considerations to guide future practice through critical evaluation of the benefits and challenges experienced during this inaugural year in respect to different training models and learner needs. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear which nominated prescribing areas have been used to meet independent prescribing learning outcomes and recommendations to take forward into the next year.
