This panel session will explore what inclusive leadership looks like in practice and why it matters for the future of the pharmacy profession. Drawing on real-world experiences and insights from the ENIGMA mentoring initiative, panellists will move beyond describing barriers to progression faced by underrepresented groups to share practical strategies for creating more equitable, supportive workplace cultures. Attendees can expect an honest, thought-provoking conversation with actionable ideas to help drive diversity, inclusion, and leadership development across all levels of pharmacy practice.
