Sustainability in pharmacy education

Sustainability in Pharmacy Education- Lisa Fitzpatrick, De Montfort University, Co-chair of the Sustainability in Pharmacy Education group and Radha Patel, Bangor University will present a summary of the work of the Sustainability in Pharmacy Education group. The group has representation from schools of pharmacy across the UK and the island of Ireland. In the last year the group has collaboratively developed learning materials for pharmacy undergraduate students on Planetary Health and Sustainable Healthcare. This content is being delivered and evaluated across the schools of pharmacy during the academic year 2025-26. The group is also developing a range of other resources relating to sustainable pharmacy practice, including food and health, extreme heat and air pollution.
