This session will outline how you can create a community of practice to support your development. The Chief Pharmaceutical Officer’s Clinical Fellows will discuss how they set up twice weekly virtual coffee catchups designed to support their leadership development. They will showcase opportunities for pharmacy team members at different career stages across all pharmacy settings to replicate this approach. Previous coffee-catch up guests (including some national leaders both within and outside of pharmacy) will be joining them to share their thoughts.
