The importance of maintaining good bone health is hard to ignore. An estimated 3 million people in the UK have osteoporosis, and over 500,000 people/yr present with fragility fractures to hospital1.  Professor Opinder Sahota will explore the challenge of managing bone health for the NHS and Clinical Practice Pharmacist Kirsty Burdett will provide practical tips from a medicines optimisation project to optimise bone health in a CCG.
