Wellbeing in Pharmacy - What will it take to reverse the trend of burnout?

 

 

 

Pharmacist Support – the profession’s charity – explores the wellbeing crisis in pharmacy. In this session they will be discussing the latest research and insight on the subject. They will provide an update on what they have been doing as a charity as well as provide their thoughts on how as a sector we can address this wellbeing crisis- including what needs to be done to remove the stigma around mental health and improve workplace culture.

Learning outcomes:

Gain an understanding of: the importance of wellbeing in the workplace, the impact stress, pressure and anxiety can have on an individual, the pharmacy team and in turn the patient/service provided how we can better address wellbeing, prevent burnout and improve workplace culture.
