Partnership case study with Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust: reducing time to treatment through improved onboarding and automated pathways.
This case study looks at our partnership with Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and how we worked together to reduce the time between patient registration and commencement of treatment.
We partnered with Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust to pilot a safe, governed AI-enabled automation pathway to reduce time to treatment. Results: 1,546 new patients registered, 1.03 days average onboarding, 96% receiving medication in full within five days, and 88% registered within one day.
