Paper-based prescription workflows can introduce delays, inefficiencies and risk. Working with Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust, we introduced E-Sign technology to streamline prescription signing and reduce reliance on paper, supporting a faster, more secure and auditable process.
We partnered with Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust to implement E-Sign technology to replace manual, paper-based prescription signing. Introduced in December 2024 and expanded beyond Gastroenterology, the approach streamlined workflows, reduced paper dependency and supported safer, auditable processes. Across fully onboarded trusts, time from signing to receipt reduced by 83%.
