In this presentation we will highlight the medicines optimisation opportunities in the 10 Year Plan, including:

• Expansion of the role of community pharmacies in delivering clinical services
• The neighbourhood health approach and opportunities for medicines optimisation
• Transformation of the NHS App including the My Medicines tool
• Integration of pharmacogenomics in routine clinical care
• The move to a Single National Formulary for medicines
