Getting time critical medicines at the right time is an important element of patient safety. In this session we will discuss issues around timely prescribing, supply and administration of time critical medicines, and what we have learnt so far from the Safer Use of Time Critical Medicines Quality Improvement Programme, part of NHS England's Medicines Safety Improvement Programme, delivered by NHS Specialist Pharmacy Service.
