We all know about First Aid, but do you know about Suicide First Aid? This is an introductory session for pharmacy staff to understand about how to provide first-responder support when someone is feeling suicidal

Aims:

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  1. Be able to open a conversation and listen to someone about suicidal thoughts
  2. Be able to identify risk factors and early warning signs for suicide
  3. Understand the potential pharmacy professional’s role in supporting someone with suicidal thoughts
