Combine

Combine allows ICBs to benchmark their medicines spend and use across the entire ICB (Primary and Secondary care combined) and benchmark against the other ICBs within the country.  A user can then look internally at their own ICB makeup to identify accountability for outliers across the GP Practices or Trusts.
