Interfaces involve constructing, sending and receiving messages. This session will explore the standards (including DM&D & FHIR) that underpin an interface developed by the NHS and it's suppliers, and how they were used to create a functional interface between one Trust's ePMA and Pharmacy Stock Control system. Challenges found along the way and future direction for this project will also be discussed.
