Solidsoft Reply has achieved Microsoft AEMSP status

Solidsoft Reply has achieved the esteemed Azure Expert Managed Service Provider (AEMSP) status, in collaboration with Cluster Reply.

As part of the Microsoft AI Cloud Solutions Partner programme, the AEMSP certification represents a select group of providers worldwide who excel in delivering top-tier Microsoft Azure managed services and are experts in managing complex global cloud environments. To qualify, service providers must meet eight prerequisites and pass a rigorous third-party audit.

AEMSP Certification: A Global Standard of Excellence

This remarkable achievement reflects the dedication and hard work of the participating Reply companies. Their commendable efforts were essential in successfully passing the audit and achieving this result.

Moreover, the development of Reply’s Cloud Management (CMP) Platform was crucial to this achievement, receiving praise from the auditor as the most comprehensive platform observed within such an audit. Additionally, Solidsoft Reply was commended for its robust set of service management policies, procedures and practices, which ensure ongoing Managed Service provision to all customers using the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform and resources.

The Path to AEMSP: Dedication, Innovation and Success

Solidsoft Reply’s journey to achieving the coveted AEMSP certification began four years ago with a successful first audit, to showcase the Microsoft Azure services and associated Service Management practices that we provide to our customers. As of today, the company has succeeded in a subsequent full audit, demonstrating our technical expertise across the Microsoft Azure resource stack. We have continually improved our service management activities and developed a new CMP, providing customers with a single-entry point for all their Azure resource needs.
