This workshop and presentation will highlight and demonstrate the range and variety of PrescQIPP tools and resources, particularly the Improving Medicines and Polypharmacy Appropriateness Clinical Tool (IMPACT) to support you when doing high quality medication reviews.

Using case studies, you will understand how PrescQIPP evidence based resources can help identify high risk medicines, improve patient safety, optimise medicines use and how to deprescribe medicines if needed, when you are undertaking a medication review.
