This presentation will highlight and demonstrate the shared outputs of a case-study on High Cost Drugs pathway redesign and describe how the LEAD programme supported this activity.
Followed by a case study on how novel technologies can be used to help identify capacity challenges, resource allocation and optimise treatments to improve medicines usage.
