Digital Health solutions are often regarded as the holy grail of efficiency, yet have you ever considered the impact of IT systems on the stress levels of hospital Pharmacy staff? Inadequate IT systems, or poorly implemented systems can have a significant negative impact on staff. This session will present the findings of a recent survey on whether technology can cause burnout and what steps can be taken to prevent/reduces technology related burnout.
