The innovative development of the pharmacy technician's passport in Chiswick PCN came about as a result of the need to support the general practice workforce. As band 6 pharmacy technician roles are not funded under Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS), there is a need to demonstrate their impact. This presentation will share the journey of how the clinical pharmacists in Chiswick PCN successfully designed and implemented the passport.
