It was another great Clinical Pharmacy Congress for Pharmacist Support. We spoke to hundreds of people on the stand about the charity’s free and confidential support and used the opportunity to promote our new wellbeing workshops. We’ll be launching three new sessions that people will be able to access from July that will focus on assertiveness, resilience and time management… so watch this space!
Kate Westbrook, Pharmacist Support

Foot traffic this year has been great, we have seen a lot of delegates with buying power and our position at CPC this year is great, being near theatres allows for foot traffic. We would like to see more procurement presence with delegates/ people with more buying power but we have rebooked for next year.

Orla Dowes – Barts Health

CPC is best at drawing in the clients we are after. It also gives us a chance to see what other exhibitors are offering. We exhibit at a number of shows throughout the year but find CPC is the best at drawing the clients we aim towards. We love being able to see how other exhibitors show their stands and what they are offering delegates.

Vilma Gills & Peter Leslie - Guild of Health Pharmacy

This congress always has great delegates and high numbers. Stand location is great, being near the entrance allows for lots of foot traffic. Able to draw in more delegates. We can only exhibit at a few shows each year but enjoy CPC as they the delegates are always good.

Jill & Harriet - HealthNet Homecare

Delegates at this event are amazing and always show interest in what we exhibit and there are always plenty of them! Everyone is showing an interest and there is plenty of foot traffic especially being on the outer area near theatres. We’re looking forward to next year’s show as our stand location is going to be right next to technology theatre.

NHS Digital – Rachael O’Donnell

CPC brought us our target audience and is on a good level compared to other exhibitions we exhibit at. CPC’s website is great compared to other expo’s, they provide a lot of information about the event and is easy to use. We would like to see more procurement delegates next year.

Idis Global Access

Delegates brought a lot of interest and they matched the level of Healthcare professionals Sandoz is interested in. CPC provides more of our target audience than other exhibitions.

Sandoz – Phillip Murphy, Pharmacist

We got good leads from exhibiting at CPC worth following up on, our target audience was definitely here. I was also great to see clients we have previously worked with. This is the only pharmacy event we have attended in Europe.

Esco GB – Zharmaine Solivet, Product Specialist

This show provided excellent new business and brand awareness for us, great range of delegates.

Matt Spencer, BD Medical

It was very busy on Friday morning on our stand with our place in the main walkway. Plenty of good conversations over both days really. I’ll have to see how the rest of the team has done before we can say how successful we’ve been.

Kirsty Beattie, Key Account Manager, IDIS

It’s our first time exhibiting at this event and I was a bit sceptical, but it’s gone well. People have visited the stand and we’ve had some good conversations. It’s a good event.
Jim McCarthy, Head of Hospitals, Sun Pharmaceuticals UK

The event has gone really well. We had a good location next to the policy forum. For us, this is not about lead generation; it’s about keeping Bupa in people’s minds. And this is a good show for doing that with good quality delegates.
Tony Greatrex, Account Development Manager, Bupa Home Healthcare

A really, really good show. We’ve never exhibited at Congress before, but we’ve been able to network at the higher levels of pharmacy here. We’ve had some of the key speakers from the event at our stand. It’s been very useful.

It’s our third year here and we’ve had another good show. Our core customers are at this show and we’ve had loads of interest. Another good year.

We took a larger stand this year and it’s worked really well for us. The networking has been superb this year and the level of delegates is fantastic. We’ve gone from strength to strength with this show.
Jane Bamby, Head of Sales and Marketing, Torbay Pharmaceuticals

It’s the first time we have exhibited here and it’s been a good opportunity to meet delegates, to see what other people are doing and get market information. I like the ratio of sessions to exhibition time – delegates have lots of opportunities to visit the stands during the day.
Richard Alexander, UK Commercial Director, PanPharma

We want to be at the forefront of people’s minds and this show is a good opportunity to do that. It’s a very good PR exercise.
Iqbal Dudhwala, Actavis

So many pharmacists come to this event; it’s gives us great exposure and is therefore a key conference for us. We always get a lot of interest from delegates.

This is one of the best shows around. It gives us access to pharmacists and we meet a lot of different people here. It’s a good way of keeping in contact with pharmacists.
Steve Bateson, Sales Manager South, Omnicell

Davinder Nijjar, Territory Manager, Intrapharm Laboratories

A very good event for us. We’ve had some good meetings on the stand and some success with other exhibitors. This is a key event for us and we’ll keep coming back.

We are six weeks into a launch and the congress has been a good forum for discussions, for people to ask questions and for us to share our medical insight. The level of enthusiasm at the event is great and it’s a good opportunity for us to listen to what our customers want. This show fits in well with our strategy of supporting pharmacy and we’ll be back next year, bigger and better.
Simon Keady, Market Access Director, Biogen

We came to the show to promote some of our new lines and to get feedback from pharmacists about what they want. It’s a good event for promoting two-way conversations.

Why Exhibit

As everyone knows, nothing gets on to the formulary these days without the signature of the pharmacist. And if you want to sell equipment or technologies into a hospital dispensary – you will need to convince the pharmacists before going through the procurement process.
