Capital City College Group (CCCG) is London’s largest FE College and most experienced providers of apprenticeships, working in close partnership with NHS Trusts, primary care networks, community pharmacies, and healthcare employers across the UK. Our apprenticeships are designed to strengthen workforce capability, support service transformation, and improve patient outcomes.

Apprenticeships Aligned to Clinical Practice

Our healthcare and pharmacy apprenticeship programmes are developed in line with national standards and employer needs, ensuring apprentices gain the skills, behaviours, and confidence required in today’s clinically focused healthcare environments.

We offer programmes particularly relevant to pharmacy and medicines optimisation services, including:

  • Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2 – supporting safe and effective medicines supply, stock management, and patient interaction.
  • Pharmacy Technician Level 3 (Integrated) – developing advanced technical skills, accuracy checking, and clinical support capabilities within hospital, community, and primary care settings.
  • Senior Healthcare Support Worker Level 3 – preparing staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across clinical environments.
  • Adult Care Worker Levels 2 & 3 – supporting integrated care pathways and multidisciplinary team working.
  • Commercial Procurement & Supply Levels 3 & 4 - supporting procurement and cost savings

Employer‑Focused, Flexible Delivery

Our apprenticeships are delivered through a blended model that combines workplace learning, expert coaching, and structured off‑the‑job training. This flexible approach allows employers to upskill their workforce while maintaining service delivery and meeting regulatory and professional standards.

Each employer benefits from:
