A rotational programme was set up in 2023 which allows early career pharmacists to rotate to acute and specialist Trusts in Liverpool. Programmes such as these ensure we create a flexible workforce for the future who feel competent and confident to care for a variety of healthcare concerns. This session will focus on how the programme was set up, including the logistical challenges and the benefits to those rotating through the programme.
