Below are Four ready to use email templates to help you promote your involvement at Clinical Pharmacy Congress London 2026.

Each template has been written for a different purpose, for example inviting your contacts to visit your stand, promoting a session you are delivering, or encouraging attendance as an official partner. You do not need to use all four emails. Please select the templates that best align with your activity and objectives.

Each email includes a banner image for the top of the message, along with suggested body copy, a title and a subject line.

You are welcome to edit the subject line and body copy to reflect your own messaging, such as adding your stand number so contacts know where to find you, or including details of your session, confirmed speakers and timings.

For convenience, HTML versions are available to download and upload directly into your email marketing platform.

However, there is one essential requirement.

Important tracking requirement

Each template includes a registration button. You must update this button with the unique registration link provided to you by email. This is the only way we can track registrations generated through your communications. Please do not replace it with the generic CPC registration link.
