I am a Specialist Pharmacist based at Glan Clwyd Hospital, North Wales, with clinical expertise in gastroenterology and HIV, with interest in hepatology sub speciality. I support safe, evidence-based prescribing and delivers pharmaceutical care tailored to complex patient needs in my specialities. I run a pharmacist led hepatitis B clinic within a structured clinical governance, and part of a pharmacist led team working towards hepatitis C elimination in North Wales. I contribute to service development, multidisciplinary collaboration, and patient education. I am committed to improving therapeutic outcomes and advancing pharmacy practice across the Health Board.
