Alasdair has been working in the Pharmaceutical Industry for 23 years and with Teva UK for the last 15. Currently he is an Associate Director in the commercial arm of the business and manages a team of 10 people serving the NW, Midlands and Wales. Alasdair is a qualified mental Health First Aider and has been involved in creating and shaping the Wellbeing strategy within Teva for the last 5 years. He has a personal interest in the relationship between employees wellbeing,productivity and staff retention.
