Amanda is a pharmacist with over 25 years of experience. With a background in community pharmacy, she has been working in primary care for the past 20 years, supporting Medicines Optimisation in GP practices and care homes in North East London. She currently has a portfolio career, working in a GP practice, as a Lead PCN Clinical Pharmacist, and as Clinical Supervisor for a team of volunteer pharmacists on the Breastfeeding Network’s Drug in Breastmilk Service.
Amanda also volunteers on the Drugs in Breastmilk Service, supporting families, breastfeeding supporters, and healthcare professionals with queries about medications and procedures when breastfeeding.
