Amz is a clinical pharmacist with a background across primary and secondary care. As Operations director with The Pharmacist Network, Amz leads and supports PCNs with the development and integration of their clinical pharmacist provision with a focus on development and upskilling of pharmacists to work competently within primary care. Within Morph Clinical Services, Amz is involved with service design and implementation of pharmacist led primary care services. Working in partnership with PCNs and practices, Amz supports the teams to ensure high quality therapy review services are delivered by MCS pharmacists and a legacy is in place to allow PCN teams to continue the services independently long term.
