Amareen is a hospital and academic pharmacist by background. She now works for the ICB heading up pharmacy workforce programmes. As part of Amareen’s expertise in the multi-professional space she also provides System-leadership for non-medical prescribing and advanced practice. Amareen is keen to develop the independent prescribing workforce alongside innovative service models to meets the needs of the population of Hampshire and Isle of Wight. Amareen is an associate lecturer at University of Winchester and current interim Chair of the RPS Education and Standards Committee.
