Speakers

Anneka is a pharmacist and clinical academic specialising in geriatric medicine and frailty. She currently works as a lead pharmacist in a large NHS Trust in Plymouth. Anneka also maintains an active research portfolio using big data to investigate medication safety in older people. She is a previous Dunhill Medical Research Trust fellowship holder and has subsequently been awarded postdoctoral research grants from the NIHR. She works part-time for the Research Institute for Care of Older People (RICE) in Bath writing research grants to secure funding for dementia research. She is the secretary for the UKCPA Care of Elderly group.
