Anthony Hackett is the Lead Pharmacist for anticoagulation safety at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. He has worked at the Trust in this role since 2018.

He has completed his post graduate diploma in clinical pharmacy and independent prescribing and was an honorary clinical lecturer at Queen’s University Belfast.
