Ashifa studied pharmacy at King’s College London and completed a pre-registration year at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. She holds a postgraduate clinical diploma, an independent prescribing qualification, and a Masters in Advanced Pharmacy Practice with distinction. Ashifa currently works as part of the Medicines Optimisation team at the NHS London Procurement Partnership. As a clinical fellow, her key responsibilities include leading the Pan-London Interface Prescribing Guidance and the communication and engagement strategy, as well as working collaboratively on procurement projects on behalf of members and other stakeholders in London's health economy. Her contributions to the profession are recognised through numerous peer-reviewed publications, showcasing her dedication to advancing pharmacy knowledge.
