Bastiaan is Head of Product at iQ HealthTech and the Product Owner for iQemo, a leading SACT electronic prescribing system used across the UK and internationally. A registered pharmacist, he previously worked at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, where he developed deep expertise in oncology and digital transformation. Bastiaan completed the NHS Digital Academy (Cohort 3) and holds an MSc focused on AI in oncology pharmacy. He has recently begun a PhD in applied clinical artificial intelligence, with a research focus on the safe and effective implementation of AI-driven decision support in cancer prescribing workflows
