Since 2019 Bini has been working as the Acute Frailty Lead Pharmacist at University Hospitals Of Leicester NHS Trust. Integrated into the frailty in-reach MDT working within the Emergency Department of the Hospital. She attends and contributes to daily ward rounds, providing practical and holistic approach with patients, delivering highly specialised pharmaceutical care and sharing professional opinions with the team. Bini is an experienced independent prescriber, focusing on the area of polypharmacy. She is actively involved in education and training within the department to up-skill pharmacists in the area of polypharmacy and managing frail patients. Most recently, she has been involved in the delivery of the polypharmacy MDT clinic at the Trust. Prior to this role, Bini has many years of experience within Medicines Information.
