Bob Spour is an accomplished learning and development professional and serves as the Training & Development Director at Meducate Academy, headquartered in the West Midlands. With more than 15 years of experience collaborating with Registrar Orthopaedic Surgeons, Pharmacists, Medical Students, and Physician Associates, Bob has guided Meducate Academy to become a respected leader in healthcare education and clinical skills training. His expertise was shaped at The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital (ROH), where he worked under the mentorship of Professor Edward Davis. There, he developed a deep appreciation for clinical excellence and the art of applied medical education. A graduate of the University of Birmingham, Bob is dedicated to transforming complex medical knowledge into engaging, hands-on learning experiences. His leadership is defined by a commitment to collaboration, innovation, and lifelong professional development. Through his work at Meducate Academy, Bob continues to inspire and equip the next generation of healthcare professionals—instilling in each learner the confidence, competence, and compassion essential for excellence in patient care.
